When you continue to payment, your time is held for 15 minutes. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment is verified. A late payment may need review by the spa.

Terms and conditions

A booking cancellation fee of 50% is charged on all bookings cancelled within 24 hours or less of the appointment time; in the case of a “no-show”, the full cost will be charged.
