At Karen Blixen Coffee Garden, the experience is shaped just as much by the people behind the scenes as it is by the gardens, food and drinks.
This month, we’re introducing one of those familiar faces — our mixologist.
If you watched the video closely, you may have noticed something slightly unexpected: for the camera, he stepped away from his usual station and took on the role of barista for a moment.
It was all in good fun.
His real craft, however, is behind the bar, where drinks are mixed, balanced and presented with the same attention that goes into every part of the guest experience.
The playful switch gave us a chance to show another side of the team — people who are willing to step out of their usual roles, enjoy the moment and bring personality into what they do.
And that is exactly what this series is about.
Not just the job titles, but the people behind them.
